Point me in the right direction if you know of one. I have a laptop, a desktop, and secure linksys router. For months both computers worked great, but all of a sudden my desktop starts tryin to connect to my old address. So, I re-enter the info for my current router. Now, it regonizes the router, but it connects and disconnects every 5 seconds. Very weird. Any ideas how to solve this? Layman's terms please.
Go to "show all wireless networks" on your desktop. Are multiple networks set to automatic? You can also go to your wireless network setting and make it so that your desktop only connects to the proper network. Resetting the router would probably be ok too.
