Ok, that doesn't look bad.
You do have a lot of memory intensive apps going though so the mem may help you.
On a side note, what are you using for virus software? I don't see anything.

What motherboard do you have right now exactly?
Upgrading to Q8400, if your MB supports it, along with upgrading your RAM to 4gb should give you a perfectly fine machine for the next two years.
