What Do I Need? What Do I Need?

I'd like to know if it's possible to set up a pair of PC's so they use one monitor, keyboard and mouse without unpluging each time I need the other PC. Anyone? TIA

get a KVM switch, or use VNC, RDP, etc.

Got the KVM switch, thanks!

The internet goes to the 2 computers from a wireless router. Here's my new problem, I'm pretty sure it's putting out an unsecured signal. I don't use the wireless but can't figure out how to disable the wireless. Thanks again...

Sorry for the semi-hijack: Out of curiosity can this be done using a dual-monitor setup as well? I might want to get a new PC this winter, and still be able to use my old one easily.

so you want to use two monitors on two computers at the same time? Or you want to have two computers, each with one monitor, and one set of keyboard/mouse?

They make dual-monitor KVMs (you can google that or look on newegg).

For the other setup, you can use a program called synergy to control two computers (each with it's own monitor) with a single keyboard & mouse.
