Hello ... I am having problems downloading the universal replayer so that I can analyze my hands. It is located here ...

I downloaded latest java, but when I hit the big Download button on site my Java screen pops up for a sec and then a white screen shows up that says " Installing universal replayer " but then it quickly vanishes, but it doesn't download.

I have tried re-installing both, I have tried restarting my comp and nothing is working. When I search my folders in c: drive I find a folder that has a java text that says universal replayer, however, when I click on it the same thing happens if I click on the button on the site.

I have been going at this since yesterday morning. There are a couple of hands that I want to start a new thread on, but I can't until I figure this out and it is eating me alive.

Any help with this would be very appreciated! I know there are some intelligent people on this site, so I am sure that one of somebody can assist me with this matter. Thank you very much in advance!

Dont know if it is the site but it was running great under Windows XP, since i bought a new PC and it of course came with Windows 7 i havent been able to run the replayer every since...Im requesting help for anyone out there, i need this piece of software or any other substitute...Cheers.

glad this isn't just me, have posted numerous threads and also emailed support, so tilting I haven't had a response in a couple weeks

Yeah men, you´re not alone...If u check their group on facebook there´s a few more guys with the same issue and they dont have a clue what to do

If you have Windows 7 Professional or higher, you can download (from Microsoft) a free fully-functional XP virtual machine. I think you have to download some other free virtual server software. I did this a while back so I don't remember the details, but it is easy to find on the Microsoft site. Also try searching this thread.

My laptop came with Windows 7 Home Premium (most do), so I had to upgrade, which was easy (but took some time), and after all was done, XP mode works great.
