You are correct, it's not that difficult to get 100 visits a day, but you end up with 100% bounce, 1 page per visit, and no one is going to stick around and play Grue's games.
I'd rather have 15% bounce, 33% returns, 5 pages per visit. Those are my real numbers and I don't think it's easy to do at all.
