slow internet, "resolving host", and 503 slow internet, "resolving host", and 503

For some reason, when I go to certain pages it says resolving host at the bottom of chrome browser and takes a while for some pages to load.

Also some pages that should be fine say 503. Pretty sure there is no problem with my internet.

Any one know how to fix this?

Sounds to me like a problem with the DNS Servers you're using. Try changing them to the Google DNS Servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and see if the problems still occur.

I just checked, and all of those sites are working fine for me. Have you tried changing your DNS settings to the google servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and rechecking? The DNS servers are what translates (resolves) the hostname (website name) into the actual IP address of the website. So if there's a DNS problem, you likely wouldn't be able to access some (or all) websites.
