I have a problem with Pokerplex (IPoker) slowing down/freezing my pc. HEM support is advising me to uninstall my Comodo Security Suite (Firewall). Can you recommend me a good (and if possible free) replacement.
comodo always worked fine for me. its unlikely that the firewall is your problem. just another case of support trying to pass the problem somewhere else. does ipoker slow down your computer with HEM off?
If I kill Hem Hud it sometimes works okay, sometimes doesn't. I think it must be Pokerplex it can use up to 40 to 50% of the proccessor and that maxes out the processor and slows everything to a crawl.
I have allowed as exceptions all the poker programs. I wonder if this is a specific Pokerplex problem and if a different skin will solve the problem. If not I may just have to buy a new laptop and hope that that kills it (every other poker client works fine multi siting).
