I got a virus a few weeks ago and then ran several antivirus programs I downloaded from download.cnet.com to try to remove it. After running 5 or more of the highest rated (free) antivirus/spyware/maleware/anti-rootkit programs everything is saying that nothing malicious can be found on my computer. However my computer is making a ton of noise intermittently like it is working incredibly hard or my fan is on turbo mode. (not sure which as i know little about computers). I also am getting popup ads.

Any advise to help me out would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to make any purchases online or type sensitive information as i am scared there is still a virus/key logger. Thanks
