Possible to cover up $ sign on FTP/Stars??

I'm wondering if there's any way to block or cover up the little "$" sign on the tables in the stacks and the pot so that anytime I'm making a betting decision, I'm thinking about it more rationally as chips and less as money.
Does anyone know if it's possible to design some little program that would be able to do this? I have zero backround in code/etc, but I'd be willing to pay someone who can do this.
