Pokerstars HH not saving properly

Didn't know where else to post this question, so here it goes.
I am running vista on a sony vaio laptop. I have set pokerstars to save my hand histories to a folder and am running pokerstars as an administrator. However, the only HH's that are being saved are ones in which I cash. Those tournaments I am able to import into tourney manager, and then disappear from my folder. Anyone have any ideas why this might be? Thanks in advance

Nevermind, I figured it out. I forgot Holdem Manager moved the hand histories.
