Playing on Wi-fi

Hi
I was recommended to make a post in this forum...
I tried to 'search' for this topic, but i kept getting a database error..
I will be relocating soon to mexico and was wondering what your take is on playing via wi-fi?
I've always heard it was not recommended..
and that you could get hacked etc., but a lot of the apts. i'm looking at only has wi-fi..
i have a RSA.. is that still not good enough?
- if this has been asked a million times.. feel free to lock it up and point me in the right direction.. thanks for you help.
