But if your going to use it for poker/computer use only and not for gaming/misc stuff, I'd get the 3007 as it is cheaper and does the trick perfectly. I bought mine in May and it was one of the best purchases I've made in awhile. The standard dell 3 year warranty is more than sufficient, so overall your getting a great monitor with a great warranty for a good deal. If you need all the extra bells and whistles then by all means go with the 3008 as either purchase I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
