Left Handed Mouse - What's best?

I'm very frustrated in trying to find a decent left handed mouse. I'm right handed but I've always use the mouse on the left side to take advantage of typing with my right hand in a numeric pad.

So, I'd like the Logitech trackball but it's built for right handed folks and the "marble version" that puts it in the middle has no scroll wheel.

Everything seems to suck...
