What are some sites around to DOWNLOAD (not stream) movies?

Are they free usually?

Looking for some good downloads for flights (no wifi) or else I would stream it thru NetFlix

I dunno.
Thought most people used google play on android.
I've never used it.

Just trying to figure out a way for free movie downloads and how for long flights with no wifi

You could rip videos from DVDs and put iPad-compatible videos into your iPad.

So yeah, that thing I suggested does exactly what you want. It's not free because that's illegal, but it's a solution, and pretty cheap too

To the extent that you want free movie downloads by infringing copyright, 2+2 won't let you ask for help in this forum. If you want stuff that's free because it's public domain or something then I'm sure there's a whole range of sites out there to index it for you.

Just downloaded thru Amazon.
Once free trial is up, membership is what? $99 yearly?
