I'm trying to download a trial version of Microsoft Project 2007 for work, and for some reason its been downloaded as a CD image (.img) file... wtf?

Anyways, can anyone recommend simple, free work suitable software for me to download to get the application off the cd image?

I think you want to use Daemon Tools to 'Mount' the image. This will make the image file act like an installation CD.
