how does hem hud connect (internally)

i'd like to try to get my hem hud displaying on other poker sites. I can make a hand history converter that is converting into an appropriate format for hem.
Can I also fool hem into overlaying the hud on my tables? Does hem overlay on a certain window based on title text, or a handle, or what? Can I change whatever it is so that hem thinks its a stars table and pops the hud up?
