Double click the area I highlighted and the tabs should show up and work again.

holy crap you have a ton of stuff on your desktop son... you should get rid of that HP bloatware.

yea, im trying to clean up my computer as of late. I checked yesterday and I had like 85 processes running, I assume this is way to much. Any tips on programs to get rid of would be appreciated

you can uninstall adobe reader and use foxit reader or sumatra reader instead. viruses can be spread in .pdf documents, and adobe isn't good at reacting to new threats.
