I posted a thread a few days ago saying when Full Tilt lets me know there's an updated version that clicking on the "Install Update" freezes my computer. So I ended up having to do a restore to the factory setup and wipe everything out. So now I'm up and running for a few days and what do you know, Full Tilt has another new version. I clicked on the "Install Update" and nothing happens. Fortunately it doesn't look like my computer is freezing and I was able to uninstall FT, which I couldn't do before, and download the latest version from their site.

Has anyone else had this happen or does anyone know why my computer isn't downloading using the request when it pops up from the installed software? I have a new Windows 7 HP machine.

Have you tried disabling Panda to check if it works without ? I never trusted Panda anyway, I would never give a cent to the Church of Scientology

It's a glitch in their client, don't know what you could do against it.

Whose client, Panda or Full Tilt? Have you experienced the same thing with Full Tilt? I changed the permissions for Panda to allow inbound and outbound actions for FT to see if that works the next time around.

Get rid of Panda, its just not a very good antivirus/ protection suite. There are far better alternatives out there, many of them free.

FT, your'e not the only one complaining.

I'm running into a problem right now, I click "full tilt" it says update available and of course I click install. Then a message pops up saying "Could not download update, try again later".

I guess I'm going to download from their website and see if that remedies the problem, except I'll have to reconfigure my favorites and other settings.

Edit: Looks like if you just download the software from their website and click "install" from the download file, it automatically detects the currently installed version and says something on the opening page like "Will update from version 4.x.x to version 4.x.x" So there's no need to uninstall the current version, it's like manually downloading the updates.

Make sure you are running FTP as administrator. If not, you get the "click yes, nothing happens" problem.
