I have made a video sesion for my new choach, the sesion had lots of action, but I did recorded with camstudio and in only 40 minutes I have 1.4Giga.I mean is huge.. and I can`t send this video to him because it will take to much time.
How or in what can I convert this avi. because the fidelity of this video is not really important, and how can I make this smaller

You'll need something that can convert .avi to .flv

Here's a site which looks like it lists several programs, but I don't know if they are good, or if one is better than the other.

You might also just search "convert .avi to .flv"

Or what may actually be the best thing to do, is wait to see if someone in this forum knows of the best program you should use.

also, try setting the quality slider somewhere around 60-75
set the max framerate slider to the middle.

this should drastically reduce the final size of the file.
