You can't really go wrong with any new computer you buy today. Although there are some people here who are very opinionated on what you'll need 
As a basic guideline at least get a dual core system. Other than that just make sure the card supports dual monitors (although the plugs have changed so a modern dual dvi card may not be able to drive your monitors if they use the blue vga plugs)
