I've tried 3 diff encrypting software, but the burning always ends the same.

I've ruined 3 dvd's because one of the softwares came with a burn function after it was done... it burns for like 30 seconds and then ejects an unburnt disc with no info on it.

that's the screen I get when I try to manually burn the files created by xilisoft or any other dvd encryption device... so right now it's either a computer issue or a hardware issue or I'm doin it all wrong, can anyone help me?

what exactly are you trying to do?
For ripping, use:
dvddecrypter and optionally dvdshrink (if you need a dvd9 to be a dvd5)

then use imgburn to burn an iso file (assuming you ripped it into a iso).

You might try converting it with DVD Flick then burning with IMGBurn.

If it's DRM protected (defective) then you probably won't have any luck.
