I know this isn't a "software" question, but I thought the folks here would best be able to advise me. I have a busted screen on my Dell laptop. Is this something that a computer repair store could easily replace, or am i gonna need to send it back to manufacturer? Cost-wise, any idea what I'm looking at??
Much thanks

CTH folks will be better better able to advise you.

Easy enough to replace by any competent laptop repair guy, but the spare part will likely be very expensive. I'd just speak to Dell and see what they will charge.

Thanks for your help. FWIW, Dell will charge me @$350 to fix screen and will turnaround the job in 10 days. Actually, more reasonable than I thought, and my computer gets a "tune up" as well.
