I have a simple question. My wife would like to download and use audacity, a software application that allows you to edit and sound board music on your p.c. Has anyone here used it? Do you know how it works with vista? I was also wondering if anyone has used it do you know if I must run it as administrator like I have to do w/ poker tracker3? Any info is greatly appreciated.

audacity works great for me. no probs, neither on vista nor on win7. it doesn't need to run as admin. go to their website to find out more... or just try it, after all it's free.

I use it to make ringtones. Its pretty simple to use.
