hiya,

Whenever I play 30-45 tables, it feels like my PC starts to lagg a bit. For example; if you are stacking like I am, and folding, sometimes when I click fold I have to wait like 1 or 2 seconds before it takes effect and the next table pops up. This doesn't happen everytime, but it happens too often and I really want it to run as smooth as clicking when 20tabling.

My RAM is at 75-80%, but a friend of mine has 34% ram and he experiences the same lagg when playing a lot of tables. My CPU while playing poker never exceeds 20%. I'm using win7 32bit and tableninja.
Other PC specs: Intel Q8400
ASUS ENGTS250
2GB DDR2
and just recently bought a crucial m4 ssd HD, pc really goes superfast now, only problem is MASStabling.

How can I fix this? I want to know what pokerstars uses out of my machine when masstabling, could it be my graphic card that needs update? Because its probably not my cpu or ram.
Would it help if I put my gfx card to max performance instead of quality?

any feedback is highly appreciated!

Play less tables- will help your ROI.

..

2GB RAM is too low for 30+tabling imo, buy some more sticks and get them installed,RAM isn't too expensive afaik.

Also before sessions, go in task manager and terminate any processes running that you don't need, just to get that bit more out of the cpu

Allow stars.exe, tableninja.exe, holdemmanager.exe, hmimport.exe, hmhud.exe in your firewall's allowed software.

Pokerstars is a plain 2D app and doesn't require a top notch gfx card : you can eliminate this point.

It could be your ram (2 GB is a bit light), even when it doesn't say full if the free memory is fragmented it will run slower and slower.

What about network bandwidth ? have you checked with a network app like a widget to see if you are always uploading below your output bandwidth limit ?

you'll need to upgrade your operating system to a 64 bit Windows 7, otherwise you won't be able to use more than 3 GB of RAM..

Ok so just an update, got a new RAM set today (2x2GB 800mhz) and now im getting lagg whilst 10tabling even worse than when I 50+ table. I noticed my CPU is at 30-50% when PS is running and at 0-5% when PS is off. Could I have done something wrong whilst installing the ram? Im just gonna finish this session and then format to win7 64bit i guess, hope that will solve this. Because it's far worse than before..

800MHZ? Are you sure that's the correct RAM? Also, disable AERO on windows 7 it's been known to cause issues... 4GB will be ok, but you want to get 8GB for no issues at all from RAM. You have a lot of information being displayed on the screen at 1 time, so RAM is going to be the culprit....

Post your MotherBoard info if you don't mind.
