I don't think animals are born into sin as are we. Animals didn't eat from the bad tree, so they don't know sin. They don't have a soul, but who says they need a soul to go to heaven? They are conscious and have the ability to think, learn and have emotions. Hell, they seem to be more suited to go to heaven than people.

I heard a debate when I was a kid. It was about restricted knowledge kept out of the bible, and if it was really for our own good. One of the things restricted from Genesis was that whales were also given a soul, but later it was taken away. I was like WTF!!! I don't know where they got this idea because I've never heard of crazy stuff like that since. It was the 70's if you know what I mean.

Don't know.

But it's fair to say there's a pretty high (98.4%) probability that whatever happens to animals after death also happens to humans.

So you admit that there's a 1.6% chance of God? I see you've taken the first step.

I watched a movie once, pretty sure that it was a documentery, and it said that all dogs go to heaven. It was pretty convincing, so I am sure they were right.

Just in case this wasn't a level, no. My post is mutually exclusive to the idea of an afterlife.

LOL at animals not having souls. That's not what Hindu's believe. Just another common "holier than thou" Christian viewpoint.

I don't really believe there is any kind of afterlife, but if I'm wrong, any afterlife that does not include the dogs and cats I have loved will not be heaven.
