Nah I'm good. The quality of conversations got (amazingly) more low brow after I left. Can't imagine they'd be any good now. It was nice segregating the NPCs off in their own little world; at least when they were they weren't concerned with ****ting up threads with mundane progressive commentary in other forums at every opportunity.

If a place that many members claim to be for tolerance and understanding and empathy cannot allow all viewpoints to be heard without insults but only with friendly debate and attempts to prove points as if you care for the other side, like any decent human should in a truly progressive, science based, rational, ethical and brave world then it doesn't deserve to exist.

It is very important to change the mind of people that have failed to obtain common sense and easily provably useful wisdom. And it is important to allow ourselves to also be found in that group that their mind deserves changing. To declare war and abandon the common humanity is against the scientific method and its the foundation of a new form of tyranny.

Only irrational and insecure people hold eternal grudges on others.

The true purpose of a debate is for the truth to win and benefit both sides.

I will allow the current posts/responses to stand but the thread will be closed as its purpose does not require any comment and certainly not a rehash of the long standing and ongoing debate(s) about the forums - That is what ATF is for. Personal animosities aside which is a whole other issue that is out of bounds.
