italy has the weakest group due to the very weak NZ team
spain group is well balanced in the non spain spots with decent teams
netherland has a tough group so no clue why you ask about them

Spain's draw was actually terrible. They were never going to have a problem getting out of the group but are now guaranteed one of the other favorites in the round of 16.

I think it's Italy.
