Agreed Andre.

Spain 2 goals in 2 mins... Piquet loves to pop up in the offensive box at random times.

does domenech have a known problem with Mexes? Abidal could even play central.

You don't like Escudé?

Last time Abidal did that, things didn't go so well, but both Escude and Abidal could do a decent job, but not playing Mexes is ******ed.

Kaladze scored 2 own goals with Georgia against Italy lol, he probably saw some AC Milan teammates and got confused.

Andre, was Wenger commentating on TF1 or what channel?

I used to try to find French channels showing the French games whenever they'd play in hopes of hearing him commentate.

(Silva is such a sicko, Spain are making Belgium look terrible lol)

A couple of big late goals in CONMEBOL - Peru 1-0 Uruguay and Colombia 1-0 Ecuador. Those results give Argentina some relief-inducing breathing room.

Here are my probability estimates for countries I know people here are interested in:

Croatia - 0.6% of first, 69.4% of good-enough 2nd, 35.3% of qualifying assuming playoff is a coin flip
France - 30.4% of finishing top, 67.2% of finishing 2nd and making playoff, 63.9% overall ...
Portugal - 0.3% of first, 39% good-enough 2nd, 19.8% overall ...
Sweden - 3.1% of first, 48.6% of making playoff round, 27.4% overall ...

Basically.

I guess I should have listed England. I didn't bother because they are so close to in:

First - 99%
2nd, playoff - 0.76%
Total (50% in playoff) - 99.35%

great. would be cool to analyse WC groups and make some predictions when they are drawn, if you can be bothered.

hahaha, I actually like the idea of Portugal not playing in the WC. We miss out on some quality players, but we don't get to see a bunch of diving pussies either.

Jared, nice number crunching. Be curious to see it for all the confeds still running qualification, if you have the time.

hmm Slovakia could've wrapped it up but they coughed up a late goal to the Czech's ..... if they could draw in Belfast on Wed it'll be huge. Would be a nice story.

Rooney sure went down very easy in the box today in a friendly no less, a day after saying he's never dove in his entire career

Argentina sucking beyond belief in set piece situations, dominating the rest of the game, imho.

****ing Ukrainians with two injury time goals against Andorra, such boxes. Running well thus far.

That makes the goal differential tiebreaker much tighter for 2nd. And they've got Andorra to finish out, FML.

The Ukes do have Belarus in Minsk and obv the English at home before that though...I'm just not that optimistic anymore of everything falling our way.
