I'm telling you she is a great teammate, and great to have in the clubhouse.

she's also currently 6th in EFF. the 5 players in front of her are all total beasts. and this is after a bad start for angel.

it's impressive how competitors work to help each other. it seems like they have a culture where they understand that a rising tide lifts all ships. at least to some extent

also kinda funny cuz Reese caught so much hate for not working in the off season

The NBA used to let teams hold Curry during the dynasty, it's crazy how blatant the fouling on CC is, and how the refs let it all slide. All game if she doesn't have the ball, someone has both hands on her and will hold once she tries to cut.

Also looks like she has an aggravated Quad/Groin injury in garbage time, likely missing the hometown All-star Game. Just a cursed timeline.

She's in her Shawn Marion era, incomprehensibly awful mechanics, somehow still effective. It's still too small of a sample with a lot of the games vs the bad teams, but if she's just an average shooter at the rim it's a massive improvement from last year.

she was matched up against the defensive player of the year for her last two games, and 3 of last 4, and she crushed

And there was an expansion team this year (GS), will have two more next year (Portland & Toronto), and then Cleveland in '28, Detroit in '29, and Philly in '30.

the expansion team this year in SF has been sold out almost every game. the games i've seen, the crowds are going crazy... BUT SF is a very gay city, so i'd guess a WNBA team would do better there, than in the other upcoming cities

Well tonight both teams had rest and she was awful, much worse than the box score shows. She's improved a lot but it was likely a sun run.

Watched a little of the Aces-Sparks game last night, most of which I would describe as Kelsey Plum and the L.A. front court getting abused, I mean we're talking call protective services abused, on defense.

Aces lose by 53 at home to Lynx. After losing by 31 on the road to them a week ago, and a 14 point road loss earlier.

LV 14-11 +1.1ppg vs the rest of the league, add the Lynx games in and they drop to

14-14 -2.5ppg, literally 3.5 ppg worse over 28 games, A'ja is the 2nd best player in the world right now but the Aces are not a serious contender.
