Disturbance, not really sure why your team is not working. Looked good in the matches i have watched perhaps Cashy will pick up on something us mere mortals have missed

All those injuries are short term and should be ok again before next match except for Kranjcar who is out for upto 3 weeks

Cheers for the screenshot, could you take out Ledley King from my starting line-up and swap him for Bruno Alves?

No one else in my starting line-up seems to be doing too badly so I'll keep the faith for now, I'm sure a late storm up the table is imminent!

Only a few games in, it could just be a lack of form or maybe Ledley's knees have given way!

Will adjust

Screenshot of team thedeezy/KJS would be helpful to create this list. With whatever stats can help see who is on form I guess. Don't know jack about FM.

Question: If you have manually inputted a 4-3-3 for me and then Xavi gets injured will the cpu pick the best replacement while sticking to a 4-3-3 or will it change the formation as it sees fit? Because if Xavi gets injured I want the cpu to do whatever it feels is best.

Are Neuer and Milito including in that short term category? I thought you were saying earlier that Neuer's injury was some BS pre-existing one in the game, because he isn't, to my knowledge, currently injured.

Also, any particular reason why Diego hasn't started every game (used as a substitute 3 times)? He does have the worst player rating on the team, does the game change team selections based on form or something?

64's defense giving up all those goals is just weird. Were all those after Casillas went out?

disturbance(23) vs sl8a(24)

----------Mandanda-------------
Onuoha--King--B Alves--Grosso
------L Diarra--T Mendes-----
Walcott----Pandev----Robinho
-----------Torres--------------

Arbeloa - Vidic - Ivanovic - Adriano

- -Schweinsteiger - - - - - Alex - -
- - - - - - - Gonzalez - - - - - - -
- - - - Pato - - - - Dzeko - - - - -

Ok I begin with the two teams who had a suprisingly bad start and therefore are under huge pressure in this game already. Disturbance has the best Striker in the world in his lineup and plenty of pace on the wings so what could be the reason for his bad start you might ask.

I do think team disturbance is too one dimensional. Walcott has tons of pace and okish finishing but apart from that he doesnt add much to the team especially not defensively.
It is similiar for Robinho who is better on the ball and can add a bit more to the build up play but his defensive work is disastrous. All this wouldnt be that much of a problem if the midfieldplayers were chosen properly to add the required balance. I havent seen that much of pandev but I feel that he is the completly wrong player for that lineup/formation. Pandev is a striker and his main strenghts are goalscoring/dribbling but team disturbance needed a creative CM who is very strong defensively as well.

The problem is actually pretty similiar to Real Madrid last season.
Offensively disturbance has great players who can do a lot of damage IF they get in the right positions but he misses someone in the build up play who really opens up the game.
Defensively the team gets dominated as well because the two DMish type CM arent enough to do all the work on their own. The front four simply dont contribute enough defensively.
Solution?
Reshape the team. Add the so much required balance.
suggestion:

----------Mandanda-------------
Onuoha--King--B Alves--Grosso
------L Diarra--T Mendes-----
-----------Gago--------------
---------Robinho-------------
----Pandev----------Torres---

or
----------Mandanda-------------
Onuoha--King--B Alves--Grosso
------L Diarra--T Mendes-----
--Robinho----Jimenez---Petrov--
------------Torres--------------

team sl8a?
His bad start is mostly due to the very tough fixtures at the beginning of the season.
He already played F60 at home, cashy away, magictrax away for example.
It was pretty clear at the beginning of the season that he most likely has to settle for midtable and could fight relegation if things get out of hand.
Dont think sl8a has to panic just yet given that he has a solid, decently balanced team but lacks some worldclass players to really get things going.

The biggest strenght of team disturbance are his attacking players who can score goals out of nothing. Key for him is that his team begins to play as an unit instead of just a bunch of lone wolfs. The Quality is there, they just have to fight more and show some bite.

sl8a has two superb attackers who complement each other very well. Biggest problem so far is the lack of width so I expect Arbeloa and Adrianno to contribute more to attack.
Team disturbance is down atm and lack self-confidence so the key for sl8a in this game is to go out there and try to make the game. Control the midfield with their diamond formation which contains players with creativity, defensive skills but kinda lacks pace.
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!

Team disturbance with more quality, sl8a with more balance.
Will be an interesting matchup where everything can happen!

I agree with you in regards to Disturbance's team. Walcott as a starter is a bit perplexing, especially paired with Robinho. His midfield is way to lightweight, and its likely a reason he's been getting pwned in the league.
