Pop press conference was uneventful

only thing noteworthy is he made it clear he wasn't commenting on Duncan's situation. tried to portray it like he had no clue

complimentary of OKC as well as his team, only thing he said was the bench needed to play better. Whole lot of nothing like I said it would be.

Really happy the Spurs won in 2014. Not just because of the redemption thing. It would have been a damn shame if the late-Duncan, beautiful motion era of the Spurs never titled.

That team was as close to basketball poetry as you can get.

Yeah, thing I hate about this the most is the way Duncan and Manu are going out here, assuming they do go out which I think they will. Pop hasn't done right by Manu in the last couple of years imo.

was surprised throughout the series that the spurs were road faves at any point. guess being small faves wouldn't be crazy but i remember seeing them at 3.5 which felt crazy
