exactly

it just doesn't make sense. every spur should be standing in the corner nowhere near any player

That West even came close to fouling him is so terrible. Just brutal.

Haha Adams seems like a clean player at least, no? Not some scum like that dude on Dallas who was trying to decapitate Kawhi this year, or Bynum, or Rodman.

Sick to have Duncan come in just for an inbound.

for as absolutely bad as OKC plays...it blows my mind how they are still able to stay in games clutch and win. I know they lost a ton of 4th qtr games this year, but the fact its a 1 possession game 1 min to go against a team like SA is still impressive. guess that shows how great RWB and Durant are

Puts up big numbers all right.

2nd in the league in ORPM, AST%, VORP

3rd in total WS, PER

5th in WS/48

1st in WIM

Please tell me more about how 55.4% TS (league average 54.1%) on 31.6 USG is inefficient though.

Live in OKC and been a fan since the beginning. (lol 7 years ago or whatever) Presti is such a fraud. He luckboxed 3 of the top 10 or so players through the draft and this is the abortion that he concocts around them. In the 3/D era Presti seems to have a knack for acquiring mostly players who cant do either and none who can do both. I mean tell me what his best move has been in the last 6 seasons? LOLPERK? Derek Fisher and Caron Butler in corpse mode? Allowing Brooks/Donavan to coach the entire KD/Russ era as complet incompetents? He has struck out in the draft for years also with the exception of Adams (That is when he isnt trading all the draft picks away for Waiters).

Personally ready to have this era blown up and start over. It is obvious this group from the top down isn't getting it done ever.

For those defending Westbrook, the idea that he is the 2nd best player in the NBA is laughable. Pointing out his RPM doesn't make you any smarter than people who notice how he struggles against quality teams with his low bball IQ.
In a 26 game sample against the top 9 teams in def efficiency, Westbrook shoots 40%, 5.4% lower than his season average. He also turns the ball over 3.96 times a game.
And this isn't mentioning his poor defense.
Top 15 player definitely, but very overrated by people who think they are smart because they know about RPM.

Westbrook isn't the player you want leading your team deep in the playoffs against quality teams. If your goal is to blow out weak teams and put up big numbers, he is your guy. If your goal is to win a championship... it's nearly impossible if he is your first option.

Same for Manu. This is the first year that I'm convinced they're both gonna retire at the end. I can barely get my head around it, but that's life. 2003 seems like yesterday, Manu the crazy rookie, Duncan dominating the league, Robinson retiring after his 2nd ring.

Careful what you wish for. OKC will likely never be this good again. I actually wonder if they will even support the team when they are basically the Denver Nuggets year in and year out. They were so spoiled with that team from the jump, might be tough.

Yeah they definitely F'd up a ton. Up 1-0 in the 2012 finals, I remember I watched a clip from 1st take the next day and it was basically "LEBRON IS SCREWED, IF HE CAN'T BEAT THEM THIS YEAR IT'S OVAHHHH" which felt very legitimate considering how good and young the Thunder were and how they had just won 5 straight vs SAS/Mia.

**** changes fast. Obviously the injuries every year were the worst part.
