We're prob faves against Croatia, no chance we're favored against any of the other teams.

should be favored vs england. drew last time which indicates it was 50/50 but we have gotten better. plus south africa is a lot closer to england than the US so it would be fair to count that as a road game.

Depends on the stage too I guess. If we're up against England in an elimination round, the 100% chance we win any shootout has to be taken into account.

Booked for when that time comes. Competitive matches only, so basically WC.

I'd say we responded well to the pounding by Belgium.

Are we at the point where our B team could qualify for the WC pretty easily? I'd say so. And that's more encouraging than the emergence of a few stars IMO.

With the the EPL starting up, can one of the Regs summarize where U.S. players are this season?

Altidore at Sunderland
Bradley at Roma
Dempsey at Seattle
??

So how can I watch the Sunderland game tomorrow on something other than a terrible stream?

I was under the impression NBC was broadcasting every EPL game this year. Check their website?

After some research I have found that EPL games not being aired on one of NBC's channels will be aired will be aired for free on DIRECTV as long as you have the Choice XTRA package or above.

Sunderland's game is on channel 492 tomorrow at 10 am est

Norwich vs Everton, West Ham vs Cardiff and West Brom vs Southampton also available

The other 3 games are all being aired on NBC channels

This doesn't appear to be available to people with other providers unfortunately. Seems some have games on demand but I don't really know

Glad I looked into this or I would have had literally no idea the game was on tv and would probably have been watching a ****ty stream

Well, if you have a cable provider that carries NBCSN, you get free access to streaming through NBC, and afaik they're streaming every single game (or maybe just every one not on TV). So no reason for most people to watch a ****ty stream.

Hmm, these games may or may not be on some other providers as well. Really not sure, just check your channel list I guess

It looks like NBC is going to stream all the games anyway, so as long as you have a tv and you get NBCSN you should be able to log in at http://stream.nbcsports.com/liveextra/ and get whatever game you want

As is England at #6 for that matter.

Belgium is better than at least 7 teams ahead of them. Including us.

So Dolo had yet another knee surgery. For me, he was already done, but this is it. Eric Lichaj is clearly the favorite to start at RB at the WC despite the fact that he has not played for the US for more than 2 years. That pretty much sums up our LB/RB issues over the past 3 years.

1. Lichaj
2. Fabian Johnson and Lichaj could both play on either side, Fab is right footed. Tho Fab is still much better at LM but we aren't playing Beasley against WC teams
3. Parkhurst
4. Chandler
5. Cameron, would be higher but more useful elsewhere and JK really likes his outside backs to get forward
6. Evans
7. Yedlin is gonna get a look in January, but he's probably just not ready/good enough yet
