He's had injury after injury since he's been there but when fit he starts like every other game

Bad: Morris, Cannon
Cannon has to be done with the NT with Scally being a thing

Cheers! If he can’t get starting minutes by the end of next season, I hope he looks for a move that will bring them.

I actually think he's in a great situation at Lille with fellow CONCACAF stud Jonathan David in that front line. He just has to show he can stay fit and I can't imagine he doesn't begin to start more games.

Who are the top 3-4 cbs for US say when the World Cup rolls around? IÂ’m kinda shocked John brooks doesnÂ’t play. He starts for Wolfsburg so I assume heÂ’s decent.

If Costa Rica wins, then things could get dicey. Right now, USA is 5 pts. clear of CR and CR has left:

home Canada
road ES
home USA

Usually their home is a fortress, esp. vs. USA, so 9 pts. isn't too far-fetched.

Not too likely, but something to watch out for.

If that happens, then USA would have to get a win and a tie at Mexico and home vs. Panama, which is a pretty big ask.

CRC is not going 3-0-0 last window

USA only has to beat Panama at home to lock a spot

Brooks is good. I don't know it's the guys he was paired with but in the first round of qualifiers he just looked awful. Like he fell of a cliff. Seemed super slow and his passing was dreadful

Weah/Weston have figured out to just avoid using the other 2 attackers.

Smartest tactical change we've made in 11 games of qualifying and it didn't come from the manager

we are terrible at set pieces without Reyna so it just looks good

This is an awful Honduras team who's eliminated so evaluations based on this game are almost lol friendly levels but Weah is the player that makes our attack go. He's so ****ing good and such a threat plus he has pace and it's been all of qualifying since Paul Arriola got hurt in warmups against CR forcing Gregg to play Weah.

In before the "we're better without Pulisic" narrative starts
