1. He didn't report domestic violence and gets suspended for that, but that looks like a clear cut firing situation.

2. He did report it like he said he did and he gets suspended for lying to the media about the situation. He could just say he was trying to cover his bosses ass because they did nothing about Smith when Meyer told them about the abuse. You going to suspend me for trying to cover your ass?

At this point, it's still unclear what Urban did or did not do. Apart from lying to the media about a DV investigation. He can argue privacy, but the nature of his answer was poor if that's his argument. He deserves to miss games and be thought less of because of that. I don't think he deserves to be fired though.

Now, if the investigation revealed he knew about abuse and did nothing, then he should be shunned by society altogether imo.
