as for Tiger's future, my only hope is he is somehow able to play rounds of golf with Charlie as he grows up and be able to coach him along the way. the clips from the PNC with Tiger and Charlie playing together were amazing to watch. Charlie demonstrated a great amount of ability for his age, and being able to play along side his father (not just have Tiger watch from the cart path) would be so beneficial.

in summary, **** you haters. there currently is no evidence he was on pills or otherwise under the influence, but there is indisputable evidence he is a father to two young kids that would benefit most if he was around and available to be there for them as they grow up.

it's more concerning that he wasn't under the influence.

local police have said that's a spot with multiple accidents in the past. steep downhill stretch that's prone to people speeding, sharp turn at the end, etc.

to be clear, i'm not on Tiger's defense team. i'm just trying to be rational about the situation and analyze the facts as they are presented. i am not judge and jury, and the same should be said for anyone else that posts in this thread.

Not sure why people think officers in Jupiter Florida where he lives wouldn't cover for him but officers in LA county would.

Also his other incidents were in his driveway while getting beat with a 7-iron and pulled over with his 4ways on sleeping thinking he was in Orange County. Not really similar to Speeding at 7am.

I'm assuming the rumors that Tiger was mad after something at the hotel were false like everything else

the most plausible thing i've seen is Tiger was late to a playing instruction video shoot with Drew Brees and Justin Herbert at Riveria. he left the hotel 30 minutes before the shoot started and the actual time to get there was more like 45 minutes to an hour so he was likely in a hurry to get there. nobody knows why he started late, the rest is speculation.
it's not that hard to think of reasons why he might be late, as if anyone else around here hasn't been late for an appointment before.
when you're late for an appointment any little thing that slows you down is enough to frustrate you and make you appear to be mad at the distraction.

once again, i'm not a tiger honk and i don't have insider information, i'm just trying to be rational about the whole situation.

Others again realise that none of us have a decision to make here. Woods is a person of public interest and taking the "high road" of speculating the guy wasn't at fault whatsoever isn't all that high. I haven't seen anyone rooting for Tiger to be crippled either.

Anyway, assuming he was driving unimpaired, that's better than the alternative, but crashing your car on a dangerous road still isn't a great look, and multiple idiots a year doing the same doesn't really change that. Unless you speculate that his car malfunctioned at just the wrong time.

The road he crashed on looks almost as straight as an arrow, and only high speed can be explained for such a crash imo.

What's that car he is driving? Is it an american car? Not that it matters but it looks to me as it a either Chrysler or Volkswagen. These SUVS have a high centre of gravity, and tend to swing and break out at high speed and sudden course change. So maybe that's what happened. Too much speed to little respect for the road. Maybe some other issues.

While I agree that rich people should have drivers, it didn't help Princess Di. From what I recall, her driver was drunk and speeding away from paps, his actions killed himself, Princess Di and Dodi Al Fayed. Have a driver, but have a disciplined one that you can trust.

He was driving a Genesis with a gazillion airbags and other safety features which quite likely prevented further injuries or worse. It apparently even had an airbag between the driver's seat and passenger's seat. I had never even heard of such a thing.
