I love how tennis crowds so blatantly pull for the better looking player.

yeeees

It's pretty weird when she's just qualified for her first GS QF to say, that this was probably the weakest I've seen her play in a while. She's gonna have to step it up against Oudin.

Woz might have moved ahead of Cibulkova for me. Obviously still a distant 3rd to Cirstea.

Wozniak and Oudin - they have similar defensive games - could be a lot of mega long rallies.

Hell yeah! Wozniacki/Oudin should be a helluva lot of fun to watch. I am sooooo pumped right now. haha.

Way to go Caro!

(Thanks for the multi-Caro post during the match Needle. Atta boy.)

Wozniacki was 4/5 for win/UE after two full sets. That's insane.

Kuz's 2nd serves are kinda impressive though. She's a woman knocking kick serves and most other women can't really attack it. It's slow, but it bounces so high that very few women can punish it (Serena/Venus excluded, I'm sure).

Hopefully you didn't miss the Hingis pic. As much as I the current group of women players, Hingis is still queen.

Needle, nah, I'm down with Hingis. Obviously, I'm focusing on Caro though. She's a beauty.

Maybe we should put off our US Open trip until 2 years from now, when Cirstea and Wozniacki are both 21. We can then buy them drinks, instead cokes.

I'm guessing those were just the 2nd set statistics (still pretty insane considering it ended in a tie-break), because I remember she was 8/8 after the first set.

Is that Djok's sis or GF in the box? And why wasn't Drysdale put out to pasture w/Fred Stolle a decade ago?

Cool. Yeah, still insane either way, but wow. 12/13 after two full sets then. Awesome.

Okay, I have an hour drive to get back home (was visiting parents). I'll check back in here when I return. Hopefully Djoker hasn't pwned Radek entirely by then.
