I'd go 2 weeks minimum, more if you can afford it and take the time off work.

Jet lag takes a couple days to get over when you're going 11 time zones.

FYI I made a tampermonkey script to scroll the page to the correct spot after the tweets load and screw up the scroll position.

(Chrome) - install tampermonkey extension
Create new script - paste all of the below
Make sure it's enabled in the tampermonkey dashboard

You could change it to a hotkey instead of waiting 3 seconds, but 3 seconds seems to work pretty well for me.

Well 3 seconds is kind of hacky. The right way to do it would be to do something like detect when the tweets all load, then fix the scroll. Which if possible would be a lot more lines of code.
