I'm not completely sure that I didn't get hangovers in college. The more I think about it the more I think that it is likely I was pretty much always hungover and it just felt normal so I didn't realize anything was off.

i hate coconut water but maybe it's worth a shot.

2 other things i have had success with are working out and jumping in the (cold) ocean.

working out is the nuts but its just so ****ing impossible to bring myself to do when hungover. used to have a trainer that would force me to do it but since then I think i've only managed to do it once or twice.

jumping in the ocean obv isn't very practical in most cases.

Hangovers ain't no thang if you eat enough and mix in some water while drinking. I don't always do this obv and pay the price.

lol honestly this could be a big part of my issue. i've def noticed that the longer bender i'm on the more the hangovers diminish, and when i go a month without drinking it only takes a few drinks for a head splitter.

I always found a nice hard cardio session would blast the hangover out of my system. Like a 5 mile run with lots of sweating. It was typically the only time I'd run when I lived by Central Park--neighbors thought I was a health nut, lol.

Surprised no one here does the Tylenol before bed trick, which can be busted out ~5x/year.

yea. In college I had 8+ drinks 3-6 nights a week and often had 15ish. Now I drink 1-2 times a week (I'm including the nights I have 1-2 beers at dinner to even get to this number). I somewhat regularly go 2-4 weeks without a single drink, and have 8+ drinks less than once a week. I also only hit the 15ish that used to occur pretty much every weekend on special occasions like birthdays, once a year vacations with college friends, bachelor parties, a few sporting event tailgates, and the occasional drinking holiday.

I almost certainly had a drinking problem in college, but everyone around me drank at a similar rate so I didn't notice it.

Vaguely recall the real trick of this is that it occasionally causes someone to die.

You must be mistaking the warning symbol, it's a winking eye, alcohol suggestion

is there a way to see how many times someone has posted in a year or month or whatever?

Do a search with time constraints.

I also recall in the "powder review" thread linked in the FAQ that people seemed enamored with the Dynamatize Cookies & cream.

Gotta chug a TON of water. Like you have to dedicate a half hour before bed to chugging water until you are borderline sick, waiting for the feeling to pass and repeating. It sucks, but it works.

yeah $70 is kinda nuts. i get 4.5 pounds at costco for ~60 so i guess it's pretty much the same. 30g vs 24 though. i think i'm going to start with the 2 pounder and try out some different flavors.

I use the cheapo Walmart brand. Just stay away from the chocolate peanut butter, tastes like an ashtray.
