7:45: chug a 12-oz glass of water, make coffee. Was in the mood for some juice with my bacon & eggs so 8:00 one cup of coffee and one cup of 50% Simply Orange 50% water. Breakfast is pretty much always eggs if I eat anything, or occasionally an Egg McMuffin if I'm feeling lazy. No cereal, gotta get that brain fuel.

9:00: start on the first of the 20 oz waters I'll drink during the day (will just keep refilling the bottle throughout the day.) Would estimate I drink an average of 5 of these per day.

Will keep you guys updated!

Calories in a vaccuum are lol, but you're right. With no protein or fiber, OJ is "wasted carbs" if you're health conscious. But eating an orange gives you a good dose of fiber, I think, with obv no fat.

oh also Coke is great and lol anyone who thinks it's "due to brand name". Pepsi blows. Way too sweet and it seems like the overall taste profile is less balanced, gets unsatisfying pretty rapidly after the first sip.

For those wondering, it's my understanding that a venti americano is the highest dose of caffeine you'll get from a standard Starbucks drink (meaning we don't include stuff with extra shots).

One of my go to summer drinks when I need to get work done is a venti red eye. That's black iced coffee with a shot of espresso.
