Yea, I think everything above sriracha is some level of good AND versatile. Stuff like tabasco and cholula is versatile, but not very good imo. Sriracha is good, but lacks versatility imo. Stuff like Dave's Insanity or other really hot sauces are good, but have very very limited uses where they are acceptable as you have to use tiny quantities. Tabasco Chipotle is much much better than regular Tabasco and Extra Hot Texas Pete is worse than regular Texas Pete, but still has its uses.
