"Santa Monica" from Sparkle and Fade is one of those songs you can play on a bar's jukebox out of nowhere and by the start of the chorus the whole place will be banging their head with it. GOAT riff.

This was my fav band from like 9-14. Tough times lol
Sparkle and fade and so much for the afterglow were great. Songs from an American movie was ok but had some really lol bad songs (all of their albums had this). World of noise was like a grunge/country album that had some good one like fire maple song. The more recent ones have some good pop songs but overall meh
I'll counter with Everclear after Sparkle and Fade.
I seriously can't remember ever seeing a band fall off so badly. They went from these nasty, scuzzy songs about being junkie ****ups, to this crybaby pop about making money for the suburbs and not getting enough attention from daddy. Art Alexakis is proof that some people are better off with drugs.

I like their early stuff best, personally-- so 13 Songs, Repeater (+3 songs), and I mean, you can prob just go chronologically; they don't really have a bad album.
