You have to realize that Feyenoord finished 10th in the Eredivsie. Their standards aren´t that high
(Also they started dramatically (lose 10-0 vs PSV) even for their standards, so it was somewhat expected that they would improve)
Seriously, a player really needs to excell and be a big star in the Dutch league before he would be a useful addition for English clubs, especially for a team that wishes to qualify for the CL.
Sure Ryo is talented and fun to watch, but I´m 90% sure that he isn´t going to be v useful THIS season. He might play some cup matches and substitute in when Arsenal leads 2-0 with 15 min to go.. Fine to have at the club, but claming that he´s "like a new signing" is fooling the supporters imo.
