Ronaldinho taking the piss, great goal.

Any time I watch SA football all I see is a mixture of super forwards and horribly bad defenders - does this help explain why Neymar looks so good?

BR, I seen you said SA concentrate on the attacking talent cos it gets sold for more (understandable) but does that mean they neglect the defensive side completely? Looks that way to me.

Argentinean teams are the worst.Kings of unfair play.
Fantastic goal from Ronaldinho. What a finish.

I dont think I said that but in Brazil It's clear that people care less about defending than in Europe. However there are many teams that focus more on defence(like Corinthians)

Sorry I thought I read that in one of your posts in the transfer thread.

Hilarious ending, Arsenal players having a go at the riot police, riot police weren't slow to have a go back. Coppers waving a shotgun about too, crazy ****s.

Should arrest a few of those idiots. Every time it's an argentinean team losing you can be sure that they will start a fight. Must be at least 80%+ chance.

Only Argentinians lol? Did I not see Neymar and his teammates behave worse than that last year?

When was that? Dont remember anything like that but it's possible.

I mean, for sure not worse than that. They assaulted police officers ffs. Pretty sure a few of them will be arrested.

And believe me, it's part of the argentinean teams "style" to be dirty. They will always leave an elbow on the face, a foot on the ankle, spit on players etc... And when they lose they start fights every time. They are pretty proud of that too.

Riot police should never be on the pitch waving batons at players and barging into them with riot shields.

If it wasn't at the end of last season it was the season before when Neymar ran about kicking out at people, not sure if game was still in play or just ended.

Agree with this but they got off pretty easy I thought. One of them punched a police officer right on the face. And they only had to pay some small fine and issue an apology.

Ok this was the 2011 Libertadores final. After the game was over and Santos won the title Peñarol players decided to start a fight.Standard.

I don't see too much football from SA but when I do I can make no distinction between crazy Argies and nutty Brazilians.

Ref should have handed out some cards before anyone ever thought "oh get the riot police on".

No offence intended.

True, but 3/4 of Centenario is more than El Campin.
