Doesn't Flynn also have a 6 TD game? Try to get him the record LDO.

Cutler is untradeable and uncuttable until after next season, I think.

Well if the Bears want to keep trying to score, send out Rodgers to continue doing the same thing imo

Such a shame. Arians is the GOAT. He makes Drew Stanton look good, image what he could have done with Cutler.

Not sure what you're talking about, but I just hate that rule and how it's applied. I want a player to be rewarded for a good play. Granted, I'd be happy if the Bears were called for that on Rodgers, but it wouldn't make it any less bull****.

for this offseason yes trade is the only option else it's so much dead $ that you have to wait to cut till after the 2015 season (which is a very reasonable #)

the worst is actually jared allen, stuck with that waste of $ on the cap next year.

the Bears just need a field goal and they'll be back in this

stanton has never looked good

mccown looked great last year

the bears still have the WOAT defense even with arians

i mean sure, trestman clearly sucks but the bears wouldn't have been that much better off. emery is the real problem

Fun fact: I go to look up Jay's contract to see what CHI's options are and he's the most searched player on the website. Others clearly have the same thought

It seems like the Bears actually have a fair amount of freedom with Cutler after next year (2015). His salaries become guaranteed at the start of the league year so they can cut him for relatively little penalty.

Edit: Misread a small detail that makes a big difference. $10M of his 2016 salary becomes guaranteed at the start of the 2015 league year, so basically it's two years until they can cut him without suffering a huge penalty

As a Forte owner I was am angry that they didn't review that because everyone went home and doesn't care as his elbow was down.

Here is something to do while watching the lol bears tonight.

Go to NFL.com and watch the highlight of SF NO where Kap throws a 50 yard pass with 1 minute left in the game. It's 4th and 10. Watch the O-line at the snap of the ball. They are not set. I see this very frequently these days. I see it on almost every play that Peyton audibles. His linemen turn their heads to look at him and are often turning their heads back when the ball is snapped.

When I learned the game of football the o-line had to be set before the snap. This used to be a 5 yard penalty. What are the current rules on this and when did they change.

the following is true of jay cutler's 2014 season:

he has the highest passing ypg of his career
he is on pace for the most TDs in his career (by a fairly significant margin too)
he has the highest completion percentage of his career
his INT/pass attempt is actually down from last year

so there's that

OLinemen can move their heads and off (non-down) arm as long as they don't simulate the snap

I'm not a rules expert by any means and am not looking at the rulebook right now, but it probably has something to do with movement not looking like the play is starting. Simply looking at your QB and then looking forward is not faking out the defense or simulating the start of the play or anything like that.

I could be way off.
