One Minute really has to be in the top 5, I think. I love the way they did the episode with Hank's bedside confessional with Marie, it was a good setup to the possibility that they might kill him off, which made the ending of the episode a true edge of your seat ride.
Also, it seems most people are down on s2 in general when looking back, I guess because the stakes just aren't as high and the intensity level is lower compared to how it ramps up in the next 3 seasons. And the ending wasn't exactly a hit. But there's a bunch of very strong episodes in there that were amazing when watched for the first time.
