Pretty much. It's good when you realize it isn't trying to be great. Can be frustrating at times because the show can be very good-great at times.

I've had two people pm me about potential book spoils and once it happens, I immediately put that person on ignore and there they stay.

1 person doesn't post in the TV version thread and 1 person is a good poster in it so good on those two book readers

Honourable mentions to Breaking Bad, It's Always Sunny, Boardwalk Empire, Peep Show & Archer. House of Cards also had a supreme first season.

I found the premise of Sons of Anarchy completely ridicilous. Criminal bicycle gang that doesn't deal/use drugs (at least first seasons)? I don't think there's a single one in the whole world. It's obviously made to make the gang look more sympathetic, which is a cheap trick.
