Well to be fair it's technically Jesse's fault. Sure, the
whole thing is Walt's fault, but it was Jesse's trap that brought the surprise visitors along too. Had he just taken his new identity, or STFU in general, or done things the way the Hank wanted then it wouldn't have played out that way. As a result the outcome was worse (way worse really) for every single party but the Nazis.
Don't think the ricin for Jack really makes sense though, he's a bit player. The ricin would be for someone more relevant. It could be for Walt himself if he wants to go out in some spectacular fashion. Besides him it really only leaves Jesse and Skyler, and the latter doesn't make any sense because he just took action to ensure that she is off the hook. So yeah I got nothing.
In the flash forward when he returned to the house and casually said hello to the neighbor Carol I figured he somehow managed to stay clear of suspicion but now that he is clearly wanted it makes that exchange more interesting.
