I've been going through it for the first time, too. I don't binge watch it, either-- I definitely have never watched more than two episodes in a day, and maybe have never even done that. It requires real attention, which makes it difficult to binge, and each episode is so rich and has so much to unpack. I say if you're enjoying it, stay with it. It does get better; I wasn't as warm toward it at the point you are as I am now.

Yeah I really like the show but it is definitely a departure from how I like to go through series I haven't seen before.

Each ep is like a mini-movie.

Anyone here watch Rectify? I just finished Season 1 and enjoyed it quite a bit. Aden Young gives a very unsettling performance in the main role. On Netflix and definitely worth checking out.

Slowest pony here but did anyone else catch the cast of Orange is the New Black on Conan last week? I found it interesting that the actor who plays the transsexual in the series is an IRL transsexual. Apparently she has a twin brother who played the pre-op role.

Five is probably my favorite episode when watching it. It doesn't hold up as well when rewatching or thinking about it afterward, but it's a very fun ride. 3>4>5>2>1>6.

Saw the orange is the new black pilot. Not too impressed so far, though the acting seems solid. I guess i thought it was more of a comedy and theres nothing funny really that happened in the pilot. Will continue since i heard it gets better as the series goes on, but feel kind of meh about it.

Finished season 1 of Deadwood. Pretty awesome show even though it started so slow.

Once you get past the first 4-5 eps it is smooth sailing.
