That's not true at all. To expand - she and the rest of her campaign team had no idea how to appeal to the working class and had terrible assumptions that she'd win states that she ended up losing, spending their dollars accordingly.

Seems like an easy fix for next time, though.

of course her campaign was filled with mistakes. but Donald Trump admitted to being a sexual predator on tape, it's not like she was outfoxed by some uber politician who did everything right. they were both terrible candidates.

even with all her errors, if Comey doesn't drop his bomb a week before the election, she wins. that's not excuse making, that's just what happened and it's supported by all data.

imagine Team A lining up to kick a 30 yard field goal to win the game on the last play of the game. it get's blocked bc Team B used a cheerleader manuever and threw a guy 30 feet into the air who blocked the kick - but the refs somehow miss this and they get away with it. Team B wins.

you could sit here and argue about Team A's playcalling in the 3rd quarter or whatever and say they lost the game bc of that, but obviously what happens at the end is most important.

The field goal example doesn't work because it implies no fault on the kicker. It would be more like if the kicker was using an illegal shoe the entire season and it got revealed right before a game winning kick attempt in the super bowl.
